Laura is a registered dietitian and nutrition coach dedicated to guiding women on their journey to improved health without the frustration of restrictive diets or unrealistic plans. Laura's passion for nutrition stems from her own transformative experience.  Including her lifelong battle with migraine headaches. Following her BA in Psychology from William Paterson University, she was diagnosed with vestibular migraine after experiencing debilitating vertigo. Determined to regain control of her life, Laura embarked on a journey of research and lifestyle changes that drastically improved her health. Witnessing the profound impact of nutrition and lifestyle choices firsthand, Laura pursued a BS in Nutrition Science and Dietetics from Montclair State University. In 2018, she founded her private nutrition counseling practice, specializing in women's health, chronic disease and weight management.  Laura empowers individuals to achieve their health goals sustainably, offering support and guidance in a vibrant community.  With her expertise and empathy, Laura provides her clients with the tools and confidence they need to prioritize their health and well-being at every stage of life.

Patricia’s passion for nutrition started at a young age where she found herself falling into an unhealthy mindset with food like many other young adults have. Her goal is to help others stay strong and be able to form positive relationships with food and nutrition. 

Patricia graduated from La Salle University with her Bachelors of Science in Nutrition. She completed her dietetic internship with Cedar Crest College while simultaneously completing her Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition.

Patricia has been challenged and exposed to a variety of settings, patients, and medical conditions. She has been able to work 1:1 with patients in the long term care setting, work in the community, and in schools with children. She has been able to help and share the knowledge from her experiences with the clients she works with!
